TOP NEWS! Si Pembunuh Keji Satu Keluarga Ditangkap
Potret Berita – “Pelaku mengetahui korban baru menjual tanah warisan senilai Rp. 500 juta sehingga pelaku berniat untuk mengambilnya. Ternyata uang di dalam rumah itu hanya ada Rp. 25 juta dan sejumlah perhiasan,” ungkap Rina saat ditemui di Markas Polda Sumut, Medan pada hari Rabu (12/04/17).
Andi Matala alias Andi Lala selaku otak dari pembunuhan keji yang dilakukan terhadap satu keluarga di Jl. Kayu Putih, Lingkungan XI, Kelurahan Mabar, Kecamatan Medan Deli akhirnya berhasil dibekuk oleh kepolisian.
Tersangka ditangkap di Jl.Lintas Rengat tepatnya di Desa Pekan Tua, Kecamatan Kempes, Kabupaten Indra Giri Hilir, Riau pada hari Sabtu dinihari (15/04/17).
Menurut informasi dari salah satu media masa, tersangka Andi Lala melawan saat ditangkap oleh kepolisan. Andi Lala pun dikabarkan dihadiahi timah panas dari petugas gabungan saat melakukan pengintaian sejak pukul 21:00 WIB pada hari Jumat (14/04/17).
Namun dikarenakan di dekat lokasi penangkapan sedang ada pesta, petugas menunda penangkapan hingga pukul 04:00 WIB.
Kombes Rina Sari Ginting selaku Kabid Humas Polda Sumut mengaku belum mendapatkan informasi apapun. Ia sama sekali belum menerima laporan resmi dari AKBP Faisal Napitupulu selaku Kasubdit III Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Sumut.
Diketahui ternyata Andi Lala mengincar harta bagi hasil yang lebih besar dari keluarga Riyanto saat mendatangi kediamannya dini hari hingga tega menghabisi satu keluarganya. Tidak tanggung-tanggung, Si pembunuh keji Andi Lala yang kini menjadi tersangka mengincar uang Rp. 500 juta milik Riyanto.
Jadi sejauh ini diketahui bahwa motif dibalik pembunuhan tersebut itu lantaran korban diduga baru menjual tanah senilai Rp. 500 juta.
Andi Lala sebagai otak pembunuhan dan kedua tersangka yang sudah ditangkap bernama Andi Saputra dan Roni tega membunuh satu keluarga Riyanto (40), Sri Aryani (35), Syifa Fadilla Inaya (13), Gilang Dwi Laksono (8) dan Sumarni (60).
Para korban tewas di kediaman yang beralamat di Jalan Kayu Putih, Lorong Benteng, Kelurahan Mabar, Kecamatan Medan Deli pada hari Minggu (09/04/17) dini hari.
Uang milik Riyanto tersebut merupakan hasil penjualan tanah untuk pembangunan jalan tol Medan-Tebingtinggi yang diduga pelaku disimpan oleh korban dirumahnya. Kombes Rina Sari Ginting mengatakan dari keterngan pelaku yang sudah tertangkap dan ditetapkan menjadi tersangka yaitu Andi Saputra (27) dan Roni (21) terungkap otak penggerak aksi pembunuhan Andi Lala (34).
“Pelaku mengetahui korban baru menjual tanah warisan senilai Rp. 500 juta sehingga pelaku berniat untuk mengambilnya. Ternyata uang di dalam rumah itu hanya ada Rp. 25 juta dan sejumlah perhiasan,” ungkap Rina saat ditemui di Markas Polda Sumut, Medan pada hari Rabu (12/04/17).
Dari hasil perampokan yang sudah direncanakan sekaligus pembunuhan, Roni sendiri baru menerima pembagian dari Andi Lala sbeesar Rp. 300.000 dan sebuah telepon seluler milik korban.
“Tersangka Roni baru mendapat Rp. 300.00 dan ponsel. Setelah itu mereka langsung berpencar melarikan diri,”
Setelah membunuh, mereka belum sempat menjual harta yang mereka rampok seperti laptop, sepeda motor dan lainnya. Uang Rp. 25 juta dari rumah Riyanto juga belum diketahui keberadaannya. Jadi belum ada kesepakatan pembagian karena fokus pada pelarian masing-masing.
Motif pelaku yang ingin menguasai harta korban sebelumnya juga sempat disampaikan oleh keluarga Riyanto. Saripon selaku adik dari Sumarni menjelaskan bahwa Andi Lala belum lama ini menikmati uang hasil ganti rugi tanah orangtuanya di desa Pengalangan Sei Rampah yang pada akhirnya terkena dampak pembangunan tol Medan-Tebing.
“Dia ganti rugi Rp. 900 juta, uangnya habis dan tidak tersisa. Keluarga kandungnya yang lain hanya mendapatkan sedikit,” ungkapnya.
Meski tidak dapat memastikan, Saripon turut menduga bahwa Andi Lala mengincar sesuatu dari Riyanto. Tidak hanya uang ganti rugi tanah yang sudah habis dipakai, kini surat tanah yang dipegang oleh Riyanto juga diincar.
“Saya tidak dapat memastikan, namun dugaan saya surat tanah yang ada bersama Riyanto pun menjadi incaran Andi Lala,” mengenai hal ini pun turut dibenarkan oleh ayah Riyanto, Wagiman (66).
Wagiman mengatakan surat atas tanah dan bangunan yang mereka tempati tersebut dipegang oleh Riyanto karena itu adalah permintaan Wagiman sendiri. (Potret Berita)
