Bukti Foto Ini Buat Setya Novanto Semakin Terpojok
Potret Berita – “Saat jumpa pers, Setya Novanto mengaku tidak kenal, padahal akhir tahun 2015 mereka melakukan kegiatan di Jambi untuk meninjau asap. Dan pada saat itu saya dapat bocoran dari orang sana saat mereka berbicara akrab,” sambungnya.
Sejak namanya ramai dikaitkan dengan kasus korupsi proyek e-KTP yang sedang diusut oleh KPK, Ketua DPR Setya Novanto membantah dengan tegas tentang tudingan partisipasi proyek yang merugikan kas negara sebesar Rp. 2,3 Triliun. Novanto bahkan berani mengucapkan sumpah dan mengatakan bahwa dirinya sama sekali tidak paham apa maksud dari Bendum Demokrat M Nazarudin menyeret namanya dalam kasus e-KTP tersebut.
Seiring berjalannya sidang kasus e-KTP terhadap dua terdakwa mantan pejabat Kemendagri yaitu Irman dan Sugiharto, posisi Setya Novanto tampak semakin terpojok. Sudah bukan sekali namanya diseret dalam kasus ini dan Novanto pun diyakini mendesain proyek senilai Rp. 5,9 Triliun bersama dengan Andi Narogong atau yang lebih dikenal dengan nama Andi Agustinus.
Semua bantahan yang dilontarkan Novanto semakin sulit diterima ketika Diah Anggarini selaku Mantan Sekretaris Jenderal Kementrian Dalam Negeri membuat kesaksiannya.Selain di hotel Grand Melia, Jakarta Pusat, Diah juga bertemu dengan Novanto saat pelantikan ketua Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK).
Saat upacara pelantikan tersebut, Diah mengaku diberikan sinyal oleh Novanto agar salah satu terdakwa kasus e-KTP, Irman mengaku tidak mengenal Setya Novanto.
“Setya Novanto bicara ke saya begini ‘Bu, tolong sampaikan ke Pak Irman kalau ditanya bilang tidak kenal saya’,” ujarnya sambil menirukan perkataan Novanto pada hari Kamis, 16 Maret 2017.
Namun begitu, Diah juga mengaku bahwa Ia tidak mengetahui maksud dan tujuan dari permintaan Novanto agar Irman mengaku tidak mengenalnya. Tidak hanya Irman, perkataan antara Novanto dengan Andi Narogong selaku pemberi suap yang saat ini telah menjadi tersangka kasus e-KTP juga semakin mempersulit posisi Setya Novanto.
Saat menjadi saksi, Chairuman Harahap mengaku dikenalkan Andi Narogong oleh Setya Novanto.Saat hakim anggota bertanya mengenai asal-usul Chairuman kenal dengan Andi Narogong, Ia menuturkan bahwa yang bersangkutan sering bolak balik ke DPR.
“Kenal. Sering bolak balik di DPR.Pertama kali saya kenal Andi saat saya sedang menemui Setya Novanto di ruang rapat,” jelas Chairuman saat menjawab pertanyaan yang dilontarkan oleh Hakim.
Chairuman melanjutkan bahwa usai dari perkenalan itulah, Andi datang beberapa kali ke ruang kerjanya untuk menawarkan sejumlah tawaran seperti pengadilan kasus atau seragam untuk kampanye. Namun Ia membantah tentang Andi yang datang keruangannya dengan pembahaasan masalah proyek e-KTP.

Yang lebih sulit dibantah lagi adalah bukti foto kebersamaan antara terdakwa Irman dengan Novanto dalam sebuah acara.Dalam acara tersebut juga tampak Luhut Pandjaitan ikut hadir.Acara tersebut berlangsung pada tahun 2015 saat Novanto sebagai ketua DPR, Luhut masih menjabat sebagai Menko Polhukam dan Irman sebagai Plt Gubernur Riau.
Foto tersebut berhasil diungkap oleh Masyarakat Anti Korupsi Indonesia (MAKI) yang menyambangi Mahkamah Kehormatan Dewan DPR untuk melengkapi berkas laporan kebohongan Setya Novanto yang mengaku tidak kenal dengan Irman dan Andi Narogong.
“Ini ada foto yang menunjukkan kegiatan saat di Jambi pada tahun 2015, menyatatakan tidak kenal kan sampai dua minggu kemarin. Ini saya punya foto di akhir tahun 2015 dimana Pak Irman dan Setya Novanto melakukan peninjauan saat Irman jadi Plt Gubernur Jambi,” ungkap Boyamin Saiman selaku Koordinator MAKI saat ditemui di Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan.
“Saat jumpa pers, Setya Novanto mengaku tidak kenal, padahal akhir tahun 2015 mereka melakukan kegiatan di Jambi untuk meninjau asap. Dan pada saat itu saya dapat bocoran dari orang sana saat mereka berbicara akrab,” sambungnya.
Dengan bukti ini, MAKI menilai bahwa Setya Novanto telah melakukan kebohongan kepada publik dengan mengaku tidak saling kenal dengan Irman.Hal ini jelas membuat berbagai pihak mencari bukti untuk menguatkan dugaan terhadap Setya Novanto. (Potret Berita)
